Introduction: Don't Fear Website Migration

Many site owners stay with overpriced or slow hosts out of fear that migration is too complicated and causes long outages. In reality, a proper migration has zero downtime.

Step 1: Backup Existing Files and Database

First, obtain copies of all your website components from the old host:

  • Files: Download them via an FTP client (like FileZilla).
  • Database: Export it to a SQL file via phpMyAdmin.

Step 2: Upload to WEDOS Hosting
